We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on threadandsupply.com for return within 30 days. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow a week to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse.

When Will My Order Ship?

All orders are processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days. Once your package is shipped, expect domestic orders to arrive within 1-4 days.


How Do I Use A Promo Code?

Add your selections to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. On the right-hand side, click on ‘Have a promo code?’ then, type in the code and hit ‘Apply.’ Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total. Yes! We can gladly exchange the item as long as the item was purchased via Threadandsupply.com. If you do not have proof of purchase, we can exchange it using the order number and email, please follow the exchange instructions. If you would like a refund on the item, please follow the return instructions and the refund will go back into the original form of payment.
