Return Policy for orders within contiguous US
International Purchases: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate international returns at this time; however, if your item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us and we will gladly send a replacement. We are not responsible for additional customs fees/duties.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Please note, we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. We provide tracking information once your order is shipped that allows you to track and verify delivery. If you would like to require a signature for your delivery, please contact our customer service prior to placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items: We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will gladly replace any defective items within 30 days of purchase. Please email customer service with your name, Order #, and pictures of the defect. Items damaged to incorrect washing/handling or normal wear are not eligible for return.
