Returns

We gladly accept unworn and unwashed merchandise purchased on www.threadandsupply.com for return in its original condition for a full refund.
Once received, eligible merchandise will be automatically credited back to the original form of payment.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing the refund and notifying you of completion.

 

Exchanges

Eligible merchandise will be accepted for an exchange of an item of equal or lesser value.
An exchange for an item of higher value should be returned and purchased as two separate transactions.
Once the returned merchandise is received in its original condition, you will be notified via email from hello@threadandsupply.com that we can proceed with the exchange.
We will send out your new T & S merchandise (free shipping) and/or refund you the difference in price, if applicable.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing the exchange and notifying you of completion.
 

Other

Please email us at hello@threadandsupply.com and provide your name, order number, and a description of the issue (photos included are a plus!).

Once notified and verified as damaged/defective/ or incorrect, we will provide you with a UPS Return Label (email or mailed) for you to use and ship back the merchandise.

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing the damage or incorrect return and notifying you of completion.

We are not responsible for any lost returns.
